Thanks to our customers contacting us who received the phishing email, Jane was able to identify the phishing website that was being used to collect credit card information. We contacted the host of that website, informing them of the phishing campaign targeting Jane customers, and as of 8:30am PST this morning, that website was taken down. As a reminder, legitimate Jane emails will always end in jane.app or janeapp.com, so if the email doesn't end like that, it is not from Jane. And of course, you can always check with our Support team at support@jane.app if you have any questions or concerns.

We've learned of a small number of Jane customers receiving a phishing email asking them to update their credit card and verify their account. If you also get this email, we want you to know it's not from Jane. There is no indication that any patients have been affected. All requests from Jane for information will happen inside your secure Jane account. Please do not click links in that email or share login or billing information. If you've already clicked a link or shared details, please change your Jane password and contact your bank.
