Resolved
over 1 year ago March 28, 09:57AM PDT
This issue has now been resolved.
Any URLs ending in "janeapp.com.au" that you or your clients previously used to access your Jane account can now be used again. This goes for both your online booking URL and your schedule. We will continue to keep the temporary "-au.janeapp.com" URL active as well.

Monitoring

We've implemented a temporary fix for affected Australian clinics so they can access their account. Users can now access their account by changing their URL to -au.janeapp.com instead of janeapp.com.au.
Detailed information sent by email to all account owners - please check your email.
