We have identified the cause of the error seen when processing payments using the Jane Payments Terminal and are currently monitoring the solution. We will post another update once we are confident this has been fully resolved.
If you continue to experience errors when using the Jane Payments terminal in the meantime, please use Jane Payments in-app.
