We are now seeing TELUS eClaims submissions go through successfully. We will continue to monitor while we wait for confirmation that the issue has been resolved by TELUS.

TELUS eClaims has confirmed an issue that causes insurance submissions to fail and display a time-out error. Please refrain from submitting new claims for the time being. We will provide more updates as they become available.
