This issue is now resolved. Manulife claim submissions submitted through the TELUS eClaims integration and portal should now go through as expected.

We are seeing most Manulife submissions go through successfully. We will continue to monitor while we wait for confirmation that the issue has been resolved by TELUS.

TELUS eClaims has notified us of an issue that causes Manulife submissions to fail and display a time-out error. Please refrain from submitting new claims for the time being. We will provide more updates as they become available.
