This issue is now resolved. Manulife Physiotherapy claim submissions submitted through the TELUS eClaims integration and portal should now go through as expected.

TELUS eClaims has notified us of an issue that causes Physiotherapy claim submissions for Manulife to fail and display a time-out error. Please refrain from submitting new claims for the time being. We will provide more updates as they become available.
