If you are still receiving an Unexpected Error when submitting to PBC and are yet to Reauthenticate your integration, please do so via Settings > Integrations > Pacific Blue Cross before resubmitting your claims.

We're seeing the majority of claims submit successfully through the PBC integration now, and will continue to monitor this morning to ensure this issue is fully resolved.
If you're still seeing an unexpected error when submitting to PBC through Jane, please Reauthenticate the integration via Settings > Integrations.

PBC has identified the issue affecting claim submissions through Jane. To update the integration on your end, please re-authenticate your PBC integration in Settings > Integrations before submitting your claims. We are slowly seeing successful submissions on our end, and will update you again to confirm this issue is resolved.

Users are reporting submission errors for Pacific Blue Cross claims when submitting through Jane. We are in contact with Pacific Blue Cross to identify the issue, and will keep you updated once we receive more information. Submissions via the Pacific Blue Cross portal are not affected at this time.
