TELUS is reporting intermittent submission timeouts for Canada Life and Equitable Life insurers as of 11:48am PDT, which affects submissions taken through both the TELUS eClaims Integration in Jane and TELUS eClaims portal. We'll keep you updated as soon as they provide more information
