Canada Life will be performing system maintenance from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM CST, on May 25, 2024, (11:00 PM PDT May 24 to 10:59 PM PDT May 25) which will result in their systems being offline and unable to assess claims submitted to Canada Life and Canada Life - PSHCP during this time. Claims can still be submitted to Canada Life and Canada Life - PSHCP through Jane’s TELUS eClaims integration or TELUS’ portal during this maintenance window but you will not receive the usual immediate response indicating the amount payable to you. During this time, all claims will return as pending with the message “accepted for further processing” which will confirm that the claim was received. Canada Life will process claims received during this outage once the system maintenance is complete. You will not need to resubmit any claims submitted during the outage. To update the status of any claims submitted through Jane during the outage you’ll need to follow the steps outlined in our guide on Pended and On Hold Submissions with TELUS eClaims.
