TELUS is currently investigating an outage with Canada Life and intermittent submission issues for Manulife. We’ll keep you updated as soon as they provide more information. In the meantime, you are welcome to retry submitting to Manulife by removing the claim > adding the claim > submitting.

TELUS is reporting intermittent submission timeouts for Manulife and Canada Life, which affects submissions taken through both the TELUS eClaims Integration in Jane and the TELUS eClaims portal. We'll keep you updated as soon as they provide more information.
