Payfirma has confirmed that reversals of duplicate charges to patients is in progress, and expected to be completed today, Monday, June 24th. This will not appear in Jane.

We've received reports that some customers using the Payfirma integration may be experiencing duplicate charges to patients. This is not visible in Jane, but on the patient's statements.
Payfirma is currently investigating the issue, and have suggested you hold off on processing refunds for the time being. Please reach out to our team if you have questions.
