TELUS has scheduled an outage between 3:00am – 3:00pm Eastern (12:00am – 12:00pm Pacific) on Sunday, July 21st to perform system maintenance. During this time, clinics will not be able to submit via TELUS eClaims (neither the integration, nor their portal) and are advised to hold off submitting claims until the maintenance is complete.
