We've confirmed that the subset of payouts that were delayed should now be visible in your bank accounts (in other words, the transaction has "settled").
This delay occurred within the banking infrastructure in Canada - the behind the scenes systems that help move money from point A to point B. That's why it affected several different payment solutions, including payments from Jane Payments, Square, and other providers.

We've heard reports from some Canadian clinics of payouts being delayed.
This does not appear to be connected to a specific payment solution (Square, Stripe, Payfirma, etc.), but we are working with our partners to understand what may be causing the delays.
If you are using Jane Payments, we can confirm that Stripe has safely sent your payout to your bank account, but it does appear to be taking longer to appear than usual. We will continue working with our partners and update you as soon as we learn more.
