Teleplan BC is monitoring system issues as of 7:20 AM PST affecting eligibility checks and submissions. Teleplan BC is monitoring the issue and has asked that providers please refrain from using Teleplan in BC while they work on a fix.
We’ll keep you updated as soon as Teleplan provides more information.
