This issue affecting Claim.MD integrations with Jane has now been resolved. The disruption was related to invalid SFTP credentials, and resetting these credentials in Claim.MD should allow claims to submit normally again.

We are still looking into an issue affecting Claim.MD integrations with Jane, but have identified the issue is connected to invalid SFTP Credentials.
Resetting SFTP credentials in Claim.MD will correct the issue and allow for normal claim submission.
