If you attempted to send a fax after 4:00 PM PST on Friday, we recommend checking your Documo account for any failed faxes. You can safely re-send any failed faxes now.

We are currently investigating an issue where faxes sent through our Documo integration are failing. Our team is working with Documo to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to share updates as we learn more.
